About 50% of the skiers and riders that come with us choose the advanced level. You should be able to ski/ride black runs in any condition with confidence and style. If you prefer double-blacks, check out the Expert group. If you aren't confidence on double-blacks or off-piste, look into the Intermediate group. Advanced skiers and riders enjoy diverse terrain including gladed areas, open bowls, steeper terrain and trees. We ski and ride at a comfortable pace, allowing everyone to enjoy their runs without a rushed feeling, and regroup a couple of times on the way down for a breather and a laugh. Advanced skiers and riders:
Steve Lee, the guy skiing here is an expert - but is skiing on advanced terrain
Tara ripping up some advanced terrain
This is a picture of a run that we call Bergfuhrers - at 34 degrees it is steeper than it looks - but a classic example of an advanced run.
This is a picture of Paula skiing in late March this year - paula is a good exmple of how a advanced skier might ski
This in an example of advanced terrain
This is a warm up run that we do in Raven Bowl - open enough to have fun, and enough trees to really protect the snow quality.
This is a shot of Seb from London in deep - the advanced group will ski steeper runs during and after the big storms, for serious face shots
