Photography
During your stay at Big Red Cats, a professional photographer will shoot photos of the day's activities.  At the end of the day a slideshow will take place back at the Big Red Cats A-frame and photos will be available for purchase.  For the 2009/2010 season, Big Red Cats is proud to have Stephen Shannon and John Dougall as our official photographers.  Both of these photographers are Rossland locals and enjoy sharing their love of the mountains through their photos.
Photo Pricing:
Photo CDs will be available for purchase at the end of each day of cat skiing.  Price is $50 per person, per day.  For groups of 4 to 9 people, the price is $40 per person, per day.  For groups of 10-12, Photo CD price is $30 per person, per day.  All Photo CDs include high resolution JPEG image files of at least 8 megapixels. Included on the CD are photos of the group, terrain, cats, guides and the guests who purchase CDs.

Steve Shannon

Steve was born and raised in the Trail/Rossland area, though he now splits his time between Keremeos and Rossland.  He got his first camera after graduating high school and has been shooting ever since.  This is Steve's 4th season with Big Red Cats.  When not working, Steve enjoys racing his dirtbike around the world or hiking up remote peaks on his splitboard.

John Dougall

John is a Rossland resident with many years of professional ski photography experience at several locations.  With a family living in Rossland now though, he prefers to spend most of his time closer to home, which is great for us!  You can view some examples of his photos from 28 Feb 2009 at my Picasa page.
