Waiver

You will be expected to sign this waiver when you check in at Big Red Cats.  It holds harmless Big Red Cats, the Crown, and all of the suppliers and employees of Big Red Cats, and it assumes responsibility for your own safety.  This waiver makes it nearly impossible to take successful legal action, for almost any reason.  No need to sign in advance, as your signature must be witnessed in person by our staff, but you should be aware of the requirement.  For minors, the waiver must be signed by the minor and the parent, and the parent assumes responsibiliy fo the safety of the minor.
